This Indonesian Cold Drink - S may resemble Philippines' "Sago Gulaman Samalamig" but it has a much more ingredients. So what's with the "-S"? I dunno, it is how they named it. It has sago (with different colors) , black gulaman (jello/gelatin), milk, pineapple chunks, apple, nata de coco and lots more.

It is tasty and very sweet. If you are not into sweets, you can instruct them to put less syrup. Speaking of syrup, mix it well before you try to drink it or you'll end up drinking the concentrated syrup under it - they gave you the spoon for that.
