Taken while walking near the historical place of Balad. There was a fire near this place that time so people are gathering on that place and I took that opportunity to take this shot (some people here are still quite narrowed-minded when it comes to picture taking).
This historical place used to be their number one city center. It is a loud place full of merchants and traditional souqs (stores). Up to now, Balad is still the no.1 place for all the people to meet though not everyone knew that the Balad they visit now is just an extension that Saudi government made years ago, a reclaimed area for Corniche's expansion.
